Orders

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify and third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to couriers or customs

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. In the event of a lost or significantly delayed parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Zagara jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, which may naturally tarnish over time.
To maintain your pieces:

  • Avoid water, perfumes, and chemicals
  • Store in a dry place
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or wear.

All content on this site, including branding, logos, photography and written content, is owned by Zagara.
